Shipping policy

Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed at our Los Angeles facility. You will receive a notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship via USPS and UPS. Transit times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on your location in the US.

International Orders & Duties All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means customs duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your shipping cost.

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying these fees to the carrier upon delivery. We cannot predict what these costs will be, as they vary by country. If you refuse the package due to customs fees, the package will be treated as abandoned, and we cannot issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages Unwrap & Steal is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct. If your package goes missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
