Unwrap & Steal: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Services. The Services are not available to children under 13.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Unwrap & Steal immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or any other party's use of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services to collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
• Use the Services to send spam or other unsolicited communications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Content

You may be able to submit content to the Services, such as comments, reviews, and images (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Unwrap & Steal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in any media or format.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit to the Services. You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains any personal information about yourself or others that you do not have the right to disclose.
• Is otherwise harmful or objectionable.

Unwrap & Steal has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content and remove any User Content that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Unwrap & Steal. Unwrap & Steal is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services. You agree that you will use such third-party websites or services at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Unwrap & Steal does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unwrap & Steal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if Unwrap & Steal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unwrap & Steal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Unwrap & Steal reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Unwrap & Steal makes changes to these Terms and Conditions, it will post the revised terms on the Services and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California.

11. Termination

Unwrap & Steal may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Unwrap & Steal.
